Honestly, this is getting pretty frustrating. That account is mine, and it has VIP — it’s literally on auto-renew. I’ve already paid for 3 months, and now I can’t even access what I paid for. The last payment was on Feb 11, so this isn’t some old inactive account. At the very least, there should be some way to verify ownership. Could you please: tell me the email linked to that account, or cancel the auto-renew and move the VIP to this account, or enable login using the display name? Right now I’m basically locked out of a paid account, which doesn’t make sense. I really need this resolved.

Hey, I’m kinda stuck and hoping someone from support or the community can help. I’ve got an account that’s over 8 years old, but I can’t log in anymore. I tried using my display name, but it doesn’t work, and I honestly don’t remember what email I used back then. This account I’m posting from is a brand new one. The weird part is, I still remember the username and password, but login still fails. The username is qwerty79. Is there any way I can verify that the account is mine? Maybe through past VIP purchases or something like that? Any help would be really appreciated
