Can you try re-adding the repos? If you go to /etc/apt/sources.list.d are there any repos inside cydia.list and saurik.list?

Download the binary on your PC, make sure you have Apple File Conduit 2 from Cydia and open iFunBox. Then navigate to /var/mobile/Containers/Bundle/Data/PvZ2/ and place the binary there. Make sure it replaces the old one. Once you do that, browse to the location above via iFile and set permissions to 777 (http://iosgods.com/topic/2740-tutorialvideo-how-to-set-permission-to-777-775-755-644-via-ifile/). And test if the game opens or not. Then install the .deb cheat: hackinst

Does the game have options in it's settings to do this? I remember a year or more ago, Respawnables save data could be transferred to every other device and it would work.

Xsellize is pretty outdated. I'd remove it if it's causing issues.
