Try reinstalling iFile with it's dependancies. I get those options on mine.

The suggestions above does that exactly. At least for me it does. You should re-try them otherwise I don't think there are any other options which clear everything about Safari. Unless you delete files manually via iFile if you know where they're located?

iOS itself shows whether the message was sent or not. If it sends, you'll hear a swoosh noise. If not, you will see a red rounded exclamation mark.
