Use Safari, click the download button and you will need to wait 20+ minutes (depending on your internet) until the "Open in iFile..." option appears. But the problem is, you cannot install IPA's using iFile. You will either need AppCake or Filza.

Boot into Safe Mode and try it from there. If it works while in Safe Mode then there's probably a tweak causing this issue.

- Check some cases on Amazon or eBay buddy. I have no suggestions for you but you might find something you like there.

Hello, If you're using an iPhone 4s as your profile says, then no, you cannot. You will be forced to update to the latest iOS version which is currently 8.4. There's also a jailbreak released for iOS 8.x.x.
