Yes, but you need to have a Jailbroken device and you can use iGDecrypt or similar.

What’s the point of downgrading to those iOS versions @Red16?
Those devices are likely pale/checkrain-able so you can update to latest iOS & still JB, and if not then they’re 32-bit devices which we don’t support anyway.
