You cannot use IAPs on sideloaded apps. We wouldn't know if it was server sided without reviewing the app either but generally IAPs tend to be. -

I too had an issue entering DFU mode with USB Type C to lightning. Once I switched to USBA (even if used a USBC to USBA adapter), it started working! -

Help/Support Can’t install deb files (iFile doesn’t work for me)

iFile is old now and no longer works. So just uninstalling it should fix the "open in iFile" issue. Alternatively, you can also install via iGameGod. -
