Requirements for the program to run on a PC? The author has not specified any at all. I'm just going with the conclusion that maybe the tool needs updating for Windows 10. Maybe @@superkhung might shed some light on this.

You can either remove the .plist completely or use com.apple.uikit

You might be missing something for the tool to open. Microsoft Visual C++, .NET etc. Are you having issues opening the tool? It's opening fine here on Windows 8.

There's actually a few posted around the forum which should work.

You will need to Set Permissions to the files of the game. Have you tried changing the compatibility mode for the tool? That does wonders, sometimes. But most of the time, it just doesn't work.
