You just run the command, it should auto save.

This works fine for gameloft games: http://iosgods.com/topic/5595-tutorial-how-to-get-unbanned-from-gameloft-games-on-your-idevice/ The only reason it didn't work for you is probably you did it wrong.

We usually just hack the game and post it and don't stick around waiting to get banned. But if we do get banned, we would use the various methods which are posted around the forum on how to get unbanned from games.

If you're expecting a Jailbreak then the lowest iOS Version possible is where it's suggested you stay on.
