Yes, it's possible to transfer the hack to your other device. You can do so by typing: dpkg -L com.company.packagename And it will list all the files you'll need for the move. -
No, I haven't seen any on iOS.

Actually, that's no error. It's just saying that the .deb is doing it's thing to get the hack working.

You have too many Tweaks. You can fix this issue by uninstalling Cydia Substrate and then reinstalling ONLY the packages you need.
