Can't you remove the repo normally now? Via Cydia? If you go to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ what files are there?

It's obviously a hack. I can hardly get 30,000 in that game. And if I do, I get super big with just 30k. If hes 2 billion then he's probably covering up the whole map.

This requires the unofficial version of Flex 2?

You cannot unban accounts locally. Account data is stored on their servers, in order to unban your account, you would need to hack their servers and alter the data.

You should probably uninstall Cydia Substrate first so it removes all your tweaks, then reinstall Cydia Substrate and install the hack. Don't forget to install PreferenceLoader also.
