If there's no trash then it's probably turned off from iFile settings.

Does the file have some weird permissions? Try setting them to 777.

Uninstall the new one in Cydia, Re-install the old one so you can uninstall it.

We can try a few things. Just don't reset settings because you will get stuck in a bootloop. Can you use keychains-2.db from your dad's iphone?

No. Resetting your iPad would break your Jailbreak. Did you backup your keychains before proceeding?
