Using Sideloadly, all games can be ran on macOS too. But some will not work properly or crash as the app itself was not meant for macOS. Worth trying still.

You're using Xina15 which is no longer maintained or updated. You may need to switch to Dopamine jailbreak. Otherwise, make sure you're using the latest Xina version. Depends on what you're modifying. Sideloading via Sideloadly will re-sign the IPA for you and may help. Sideload Spoofer would also assist.

Sileo or a Jailbreak does not exist for iOS 17 at this time. So I'm not sure how or even if you've Jailbroken your device. Thank you for your feedback! iGameGod is not a typical app in the way it works so it cannot really be distributed as an IPA file you can simply install. You'll have to inject !igg into your target .IPA and then sideload it.
