Not sure what's causing it at this point. It looks like it may be an iOS bug and not something we can fix.

AltStore is known not to work on a lot of our IPAs for some reason. We generally recommend you use Sideloadly instead if possible. Otherwise, see what error messages you're getting with AltStore and we may be able to resolve.

It's detected right now, they added protection.

It seems that it is available in the Decrypted App Store. However, old app versions require ViP to decrypt. Send me a PM if you need me to decrypt for you.

Injecting .deb into already installed .ipa

No, you cannot without Jailbreak. IPA must be reinstalled with the changes and injections to apply. -

I think Cercube has been abandoned now. You may have to switch to uYou+. It's possible that Sideload Spoofer may help with login issues but haven't personally tested on Cercube.

Hey, Sounds like the app may have some sort of tamper or sideload detection. It would need to be reviewed and bypassed.

Can you confirm your iOS version? So far only users on the latest 16.6 & 17 beta have reported this issue so I am assuming it's a bug with the new iOS versions.
