    Probably. Some tweaks do require respringing for them to take effect, but not all.

    You'd have to uninstall each one. It could be any since 9.3.3 Jailbreak was recently released and most tweaks may not work properly.

    No, you didn't need to do that. Tap on the pangu circle again and lock your device then wait.

    Can you just run the Terminal command? ln -s /var/containers/Bundle /var/mobile/Containers

    You're not supposed to reboot, once you tap on the Pangu circle, you then lock your device and just wait for it to automatically respring itself.
