Depends on how they banned you. They probably banned your account, and not your device.

You should use iFile's search system and search for "iKeyMonitor". And hopefully you will find them.

This looks like a tweak which modifies system files? I don't think you can install this on Non-Jailbroken iOS Devices.

You still cannot restore to an iOS version which isn't being signed. That's why iTunes gives you error 3194.

Then Jailbreak and use Cydia Impactor from Cydia. There's no other way. Unless you want to reset all settings option.

You cannot restore your device back to 9.0.2. End of story. No need to complicate this.

Error 3194 means you're trying to restore your iPhone to an iOS version which is currently not signed by Apple (or you have Apple blocked from your computer). You cannot restore to 9.0.2 since Apple isn't signing it anymore. You are forced to update to the latest version which currently is 9.3.1.
