Yes, the IPA file downloaded from iTunes is inside your Windows Music folder. You can transfer it via WinSCP and instal it on your iDevice using IPAInstaller.

That's the point. The less people that use the hack the better. Developers won't mind if 100 people out of 1,000 use the hack because they can contain it. But when the hack goes free and 500 out of 1,000 start using the hack, then it becomes a problem.

You're supposed to keep your device on at all times when using WinSCP on it. Don't let it lock.

WinSCP works great! You can also edit files wirelessly. No need to drag and drop all the time. There's Cyberduck also.
