You remember when Zamasu(Zetsu in some translations) aka Goku Black was just as strong as Super Saiyan 2 Goku but he improved rapidly and was even stronger than Super Saiyan Blue Goku in just 2 episodes. He never clearly was beaten cause it took Zeno to destroy him. And he is the only anti God character in the whole series which makes it more amazing cause his the opposite of the main character Goku

It was explained my Toriyama that UI cant be currently mixed with anything and its a different form of transformation from the normal Super Saiyan

Because He revealed new depths of power with his Super Saiyan Rose transformation, and the mystery of his true identity kept fans guessing for months. At this point it's not yet clear how much more of an impact Goku Black will have, but he's already left a strong mark by giving fans a reason to get engaged with Super, and giving the Z Fighters a challenge again.

Goku Black is the strongest villain in DB history. He is currently the only one who has the SJ rose form, which is similar to both Vegita and Goku blue form. 

Here’s a brief synopsis of his strong black is:

- He can easily defeat ssj2 future trunks in his base form, and at that time, ssj2 future trunks is equivalent if not stronger than ssj3 Goku.

 

- In his base form, he was able to go toe to toe against Vegita in his ssj blue form. He was able to shrug off blows from vegita like nothing, and vegita was easily defeated when Black transformed into ssj rose.

 

- in his ssj rose form, he was able to take on both ssj blue Goku and ssj blue Vegita at the same time. 

-  perhaps his greatest power comes from his anger. Black is like Hulk, the angrier he gets the more powerful he becomes. You can see this when he stabbed himself with his aurora blade to increase his power. He ripped the fabric of space with a single slash of his blade. 

- Black is so strong that he doesn’t even know his full potential/capabilities. Just when you think a character this magnitude can not get any stronger, he fuses with zamatsu and become God^2 himself. He even admitted that his power surpasses his own understanding. 

 

In summary, Black would win in a real legit fight against UI Goku. However, if you are to play the protagonist plot, then UI would win but Black would no doubt give him a good fight.

Yes, Goku Black is chill but refer back to episode 64 where he finally discovered how vegita and Goku keeps getting stronger and stronger as the fight continue. It’a Because of anger...watch that episode (64) where he literally state “anger” as a tool to get stronger. That’s when he cut a hole in space and time. Also, he did fight ssj blue vegita in his base form. He went toe to toe and then finished vegita when he transformed.

Why is Goku Black the best Villian? 

Zamasu is not your typical DB villain. He was a kai that was fed up with all of the evil that was going on in the universe. Where as villains such as the Saiyans, Frieza,Cell, and Buu were blinded by power and their thirst for destruction Zamasu was blinded by his thirst for justice.

He believed that true justice could only be realized by destroying evil, where as Gowasu tries to make him understand that justice is the balance that tempers good and evil as neither can exist without the other. As time goes on we begin to see through his actions that Zamasu is not pursuing justice but vengeance.

Everything Zamasu does is for purpose of trying to clean up the universe. He really believes that he is doing the universe a favor by destroying the inhabitants. Once his zero mortals plan is completed once life begins it will be on his terms and he can guide the beings in the universe in his own way.

Who would win in 1v1?

 

Ultra Instinct Goku would slaughter Black. Goku Black was powerful, but he is around Toppo’s level, give or take. UI Goku is above even Jiren, who is so far above Toppo it’s not even funny. The power of UI Goku’s ki, his strength, speed, and his reaction time are all off the charts. By the time of the Tournament of Power, Goku is strong enough that he could fight Black on equal footing, more or less, and can become even more powerful with the Kaioken, which he can use to amplify his power in Super Saiyan Blue to 20 times that of normal. SSB X20 was unable to land a single hit on Jiren when he and Goku first fought. And this was a Jiren who was barely tapping into his power.

On the other hand, when Goku completed Ultra Instinct, he could easily overwhelm Jiren when he was at full power. He was even capable of beating Jiren after Jiren broke through his limits, though Goku was on the defensive for most of the fight.

UI Goku is just too fast, too strong and too powerful for Black to even compare to.
