So disappointed there isn’t a proper reply in this one. I’m not Jailbroken so i dont qualify, just wanna answer the question and redeem the disrespect of Goku black(the character) in this forum! 

 

Sadly, Goku black isnt a real villain character for me since he was Zetsu in the first place and i’ll always put the Freeza Arc(aka the first time Goku went super saiyan) above everything else. But yeah the character design on Goku black(Super Saiyan Rose) was awesome, he couldve been more used more properly in the storyline since they ended it with Zeno killing him smh and that fcking fusion katara rings needs to go in this series(i hate it i deeply hate it)

 

anyway, so to answer the question why Goku Black is the best villain(i dont think he is tho), is because of his character design. Loved it. 

Goku black vs Ultra Instinct Goku? Ultra Instinct Goku is just op thats why in the new dragon ball movie he said he forgot how to do it smh.

Don't even worry, Tetsuya Nagamine(the one who directed the Tournament of Power Arc) directed the whole movie, the movie did not disappoint at all(I thought they were milking Broly again). Its like the Avengers Infinity War movie of Dragon Balls(Quoting from an article)

Ultra Instinct Goku would slaughter Black. Goku Black was powerful, but he is around Toppo’s level, give or take. UI Goku is above even Jiren, who is so far above Toppo it’s not even funny. The power of UI Goku’s ki, his strength, speed, and his reaction time are all off the charts. By the time of the Tournament of Power, Goku is strong enough that he could fight Black on equal footing, more or less, and can become even more powerful with the Kaioken, which he can use to amplify his power in Super Saiyan Blue to 20 times that of normal. SSB X20 was unable to land a single hit on Jiren when he and Goku first fought. And this was a Jiren who was barely tapping into his power.

On the other hand, when Goku completed Ultra Instinct, he could easily overwhelm Jiren when he was at full power. He was even capable of beating Jiren after Jiren broke through his limits, though Goku was on the defensive for most of the fight.

UI Goku is just too fast, too strong and too powerful for Black to even compare to. So UI Goku would win.

And....

He is not a great villain. Zamasu will probably be brought back once, i highly doubt twice or even more then that. They already made it so hard to bring him back in the future. The only logical reason to bring him back is to bring a higher god then Zeno towards the table.

So why did i brought that up? When you have someone being the villain, you want them to be defeated after succeeding, or almost succeeding, and you really want to bring him/her/it back later. Think about all the movies, games, tv-shows, they always come back and stronger then ever before. If they wont or can’t? Then it is first of all a bad villain.

But, diving more into the situation itself? Zamasu is also a bad villain in the series. It is stolen from the Ginyu vs Goku battle, with a few twists.

The set-up of the arc was great, but almost the same as the Imperfect cell storyline. The changes were nice, but again closely the same as the Semi perfect storyline. I can keep this up with every side of this arc, it is all stolen from the Dragon Ball Z franchise.

This would be a hard fight but goku Ultra instinct win by ultra instinct is very powerful. He can dodge most of goku blacks attack even if goku black can clone himself. Plus goku black only vs SSB he doesn’t k ow how to counter it. And Goku vs Jiren and Jiren has enough power to fight god’s. When Goku black never vs a god and almost lost to vegeta in a battle. When Jiren can vs Goku and Vegeta as there Full power. And vegeta Got more powerful In the tournament. So Ultra instinct wins

goku black is trash, maybe in rose form can compete a little vs goku UI, but he will destroy his ass easy, i wish u wouldve compared jiren instead of goku black lol
