The dots are called 'pips' which basically show based on user's post count.

Will fix that grammatical error.

They were made non-clickable due to being quite resource intensive. Maybe in the future, we'll bring them back.

1) I mean, in shoutbox, we had that when you tagged a person in the chat, simply clicking the tagged name would bring you to the persons profile ( using the [member= bbcode). It works in threads by @ then name but it doesnt work in shoutbox 

For the theme, you just need to put a RGB box like in MS Word and give them option to save a few colours (depending on rank?)

Because the shoutbox has a mentioning system of it's own. Its Different from the ones on forums.

It's possible but probably hard to accomplish.

1. Could you add text on these 4 square when the user hovers over them, they'll know what they mean

2. Add hyperlinks to rank names since they don't redirect to the "rank page" when we click on them

3.  I'm not sure if this is possible but could we by any chance be able to choose the image that will be set as our header instead of these 5 restricted options?

 

4. Add pictures to the awards categories page

5. I'm not sure if this is already implanted but can we reverse the shoutbox so new messages are on top?

1. It's already there, maybe your internet connection doesn't load it in time
