the domain extensions that are currently free are: .ga .gq .ml .cf

if you want a more well-known one (.com/.co.uk), you're gonna have to shell out some dolla

hosting is free, but free doesn't generally mean amazing, however that being said, i haven't come across any problems so far

these sites shouldn't be used for naughty notty business, no piracy , noods , hate speech or any of that notty stuff

remember to renew your website every year
