Request Jaques Cousteau GFX request - i need help

so i need to make a picture for my 'sorority' as you might call it in america and i have no idea how to do so. if you have time please help me out its a free project. if you have time and need something to occupy your self with well here you go

 

here is some of the things there needs to be in the picture

 

1. This submarine its a signature thing from the explorer Jaques Cousteau

2. Red, White and blue colors becasue it represents the french flag (where Cousteau was born)

3. the picture needs to be inside a circle it looks fancy

4. Your imagination you GFX artist on iOSGods are absolutely outstanding when it comes to creating GFX arts

 

and BTW it needs to be able to be printed on paper & shirts
