Yes, you can change the Apple ID's email address by visiting https://appleid.apple.com/ Go to Manage Apple ID and sign in with your credentials. You should see everything editable on screen, however your Apple ID must be older than 90 days to make an email change. You can also assign a second email to it but I haven't found a point in doing that yet. You can only associate one Apple ID to an email at a time so if your iCloud email is already linked to an Apple ID as it usually is by default, you can't use the iCloud email.

How dare you go back to Android But yes, it's true Apple wants to introduce the new security addon 'Rootless' for iOS 9. Although this could decrease or even remove the chance of a jailbreak, I doubt the first few versions of iOS 9 are a risk for the iOS hackers. iOS 9 will offer a public beta phase right after the WWDC 2015 on June 08 (so June 12 probably) meaning that also the hackers get a look in the new Rootless software in the early beta stages, which could give them the opportunity to bypass and/or disable Rootless.

At that website you see a large text area with $str above it, and a one-line text input with $salt above it. $salt can be any two characters. In $str will be where you type your new password, go ahead and do that, and salt. Next click run. You should get a result like what you previous hash was, it should be without any special characters. Replace the text between root: and the first :0 with your generated hash. Be careful to copy it exactly. Click the Save button at the top of iFile screen, then Click the Done button.
