I asked Aqua about this issue with initialization failed. He added it to his FAQ with the solution to start iGG 20 times. That still happens to me sometimes but you can't predict it. That issue was on iOS 7 and is also on 8.x.x Do you have Tweaks for your Notification Center?

Unbanning doesn't mean account unbanning. By removing the tables inside keychain you delete the register for old cached files including those, who can block you from creating a new account if you got banned previously. If you store your data somewhere in a cloud or online you can't access those save states. You'll see, keychain method helps you when your whole device is permanently banned from a game and you want to create a new account.
