Connect your phone to your computer and open itunes. Make a backup on your icloud, this should override your old backup

Do you mean when you try to import a file? If that is so do a new backup to computer on iTunes and reopen IBackupBot No because this is a no jb workaround you will need a computer I will add a link to where you can get IBackupBot for free Glad I could help
