You are slithgly wrong. Use this apt.saurik.com/deb/ and install whatever is need. Use "dpkg -i" command Sometimes Cydia isnt the only thing broken (something else broke which caused cydia to break)

it is true. Mine also locks minus the alarm sound and stuff. i had set offset 0 and clicked wallhack only. I was shooting above peoples heads. Had to play with downsight in the end

Install this. http://apt.saurik.com/debs/cydia-lproj_1.1.12_iphoneos-arm.deb first. This will update your lproj to latest then install cydia. Check this site and search for the latest version of whatever you need if another error comes up. Just read the error

Do you have iFile? Filza? Download the cydia deb and install it. Download from here http://apt.saurik.com/debs/cydia_1.1.27_iphoneos-arm.deb if you dont have ifile/filza but managed to download it and you have SSH, copy it to the idevice with ssh (through WinSCP/Cyberduck to /var/mobile). Open Putty/terminal and ssh into /var/mobile and do dpkg -i debfile.deb (where debfile is the name of deb. Set it to cydia to make it easy)
