As far we know for the moment, Niantic has sent huge waves of bans, but actually we don't know exactly how bans work but we have some clues. Just be clear Ninantic have some pretty good dev team, they know exactly what we're using to cheat and how. They can easily suscribe to this forum or even download a bot and analysis the code. For those unaware, an API is simply is a program interface. This allows both the Android and iOS versions of the game to “talk†to the same servers. Actually if you use something different from the official client you use a broken protocol API, we know that the cracked API shows differents results when it sends request to the server. WinterMoxRZ from NecroBot github has finded some hints about that working of his Rocket API : This is from official client X: This is from public Rocket API: Traffic from official client doesn't look anything like what public Rocket API sends. What he said is clear : Niantic can and does identify every 3rd party application which uses BROKEN protocol API. Hence Niantic has and will identify every Google or PTC account used with these tools. Niantic has long history of hunting botters and cheater so they already knew all this. Right thing to do at the moment would be to dig in authentic PoGO client traffic either using MITM or other methods and rewrote Rocket API in away which emulates 100% accurately official PoGO client. So we know why they can flag us and certainly how, so since we don't have a correct API that emulate perfectly the official PoGO client, don't use 3rd party application (Bots, Nox etc...) So if you use a bot it's just a matter of time before you get perma banned and have this error : Some people have recieved an email from Niantic to tell them that their account has been terminated, some not but that doesn't change that's a perma ban, you can still try to make an appeal but don't have many hope on it. Submit a ban appeal : Pokemon GO Maybe you have some accounts still alive and you're still botting but now be sure that they know how to identify them and you'll be perma banned. There is no any setting to avoid that on any bot so don't use them except if you have time to waste at creating accounts. What is safe ATM : Checking IV with ALL G app, using navigator to check where pokemons spawn like Skiplagged, playing legally What is NOT safe ATM : Using cracked API, using bots no matter what settings do you use, using Nox, all spoofing GPS methods Actually we haven't any counter method since the protocol API is broken and if a bot says that it's safe use it at your own risks Source:Ownedcore

I use the method to create gmail accounts and it works like a charm. Requirement: smartphone or tablet with android system. In the main window go to all apps -> settings -> Add account (picture below) Now fill in your Name , new gmail address, some verification steps , and you create your account. You will be able to create about 10 gmail accounts, and after that when you try to create new account this message or similar will appear : Go back to settings ->Apps, and find google services framework (picture below) Click on it , and click "Clear Data" button (picture below) Now just go again to "add account" and repeat all steps to create more gmail accounts

Long time lurker here who didn't feel compelled to post until now. So over the past 2 weeks or so I've traveled pretty significantly and been to a few major cities on the east and west coast visiting college friends and moving in for graduate school. I have a level 26 account which I've worked hard to develop with what little time I have. About two days ago however I started getting the servers not found error which from my research seems to indicate a perma ban. I've never once used a bot or spoofer or any other cheating methods but for some reason Niantic decided to just ban my account. My only theory is that I've been traveling so much to major cities and collecting so much xp in short amounts of time that my account got flagged somehow. Of course, submitting an appeal to Niantic is next to worthless given their abysmal customer support. So basically I'm stuck back with a level 1 account and a pretty sour opinion of Niantic. Am I the only one who's having this issue? Edit 1: Since people keep asking, I didn't use any third party apps like IV checkers or radars. Edit 2: I've read other posts and people are saying that if you report someone who's controlling a gym you can get their account banned. Thinking back I did take over a suburban gym and leave a cp 2000+ lapras on it. It was at least two days before I got banned. Then again I didn't open the app much close to when I got banned so who knows. All I can really do is theorize until Niantic offers us some clarification on the banning system. My main goal with this post is to raise awareness that it is possible to get banned on a legit account, and these are some variables that may have influenced that ban. Edit 3: I realize I'm throwing the word ban around a little loosely given that we don't know what exactly constitutes a "ban" at this point. However, I will continue to use ban as a stand in word for being unable to access your account for a 24 hr + period and receiving "failed to get game data from server" on the loading screen. At this moment in time there is a degree of consensus that this message indicates a ban though people have valid counter arguments to this. source: reddit
