Help/Support HELP : Can't open or save images on safari (iPhone)

Hello guys, Recently i came across some weird bug on safari, i went to google image search and searched a random image , tapped on the image but it wouldn't open. I tapped and did a long hold on the image so that a save option would appear , but nothing happened. I went to settings of iPhone and tried to turn on and off the javascript, still nothing happened. I switched browsers and still i wasn't able to open or save any images or gifs. Videos are playing fine. Please help. Your time and help will be highly appreciated! -

Alright i am aware that the blobs are used to downgrade to a specific version so i downloaded telegram app and saved blobs for iOS 11.1.1 , at present i am on iOS 8.4 (iPhone 6) , so in future if there is a jailbreak for iOS 11.1.1 and apple stops signing it on the the same date and when the jailbreak is released then if i have to force upgrade to ios 11.1.x or 11.2 , will i be able to use these blobs which i saved? Please help. Your time and help will be highly appreciated!

Hey there ! is there any app or tweak for Facebook messenger which sends you notification about who is online right now ? Or XYZ person just came online ? I downloaded this app from AppStore called Who's Online but it doesn't work. I really want to be notified that xyz person is online. please help. your time and help will be highly appreciated!
