You can't buy them, there are just different filters for different locations, you should use Phantom for Snapchat. You can spoof your location with that and get filters from different parts of the world.

First off I'd like to say thank you very much for hosting this giveaway, this is very kind of you.. I believe I should win because my parents can't afford to buy me games... My mom is the only one working at our house and she doesn't make a lot of money so we can't afford to buy expensive stuff like video games.nMy dad doesn't work because he had been a cancer patient for 5 years now and he is now incapable of working... My dad got cancer in his pelvis (Type B-Cell Lymphoma) so it is very hard for him to walk and sit. I'd really appreciate it if I won this because I don't have many games & that would mean the world to me if I won this... Good luck to everyone else entering this giveaway... P.S. If any of you are wondering, I bought my PS3 before my dad got cancer...
