I would say that the save file savegam.dat and the game was basically coded with its own timer.That means with normal methods,i guess we couldn't fix the time glitch.Whenever we get into the game,the game takes the time from our device and then run with that time.I used gamegem to speed up my game and then change back to normal time and i had the bug.I speed up for 50 times and lol the game time is ~2018,i change my device time rapidly until i got to sep 2018,it finaly work again.So i guess the only way is stop the timer of the game (maybe will glitch the timer of video and delivering) or change/edit the savegam.dat

It's because your memmory ( ram ) isn't enough to handle csr and gamegem.I can play and switch beetween csr and csr 2 on my ipod 6
