Yes just re do the process and it should fix your problem or convert to the 1 year e flush certificate version there's a tutorial in the tutorial section

Delete the jailbreak app and reinstall it then re jailbreak.

I know what you are saying but you need to follow that tutorial so you can access the files normally like they used to be
