For other's encountering the "init layer 2" error, I would recommend getting your Windows updated with all the important updates through the Windows Updater. Also update your IE to 11. I was encountering this issue, following which updating solved the issue for me. Hope it helps you too.

For anyone who's getting "App not installed". 1.Install "Zipsigner" by 'Ken Ellinwood'. 2.Choose the apk file and then simply press "Sign the File". Go to the output folder and there will be a apk file ending with signed. Install it, done!!! And to the moderator this is v1.0.0.14
