Pangu is such a fail. The button still doesn't work on the official site. Comon Pangu. You're better than that. I didn't backup at all. I just YOLO'd and jailbroke and nothing erased. Also, I updated to iOS 9.0.2 Over The Air meaning from the settings app. Everything was fine. Added MEGA link.
