I've recently been playing pixel gun 3d and my account got reset (had 18k coins and 9k diamonds -_-) so I was wondering if the save game would boost me back to atleast level 20, but when i use the save game it doesn't change level to 20 (like it said) ive tried everything from using appcake and deleting data to logging out game center, but the level is always the same, what should I do?

Its outdated, you have to use app admin to downgrade it to the working version, dont worry you keep all your data though
