The problem with that file is that after solving the captcha it directs you to an infiniupload link which is no-longer available as the site is no longer in service. In other words, Binbox is fine, but file-host isn't. File needs to be re-uploaded.

That's how orders work. You don't get all of the followers that you ordered, no matter the app. You're better off ordering the ones on the lower end because they'll give you more for your coins.

Other than this being in the incorrect section, Don't think there's anything you can do to get unbanned. Many have reported this issue because they also misused it, but I don't believe they've found a way around it. You can try searching to see if you find anything about the others that were also banned.

Go to Cydia and go to the Installed Section. Scroll down until you find it and then just remove it. If it was recently installed then go to the Recent section to find it quicker.
