I have, it just restarts and goes back to safe mode

I've downloaded the new jailbreak for 10.2 and now my phones stuck in safe mode. Anyone have any ideas how to get out of it, I've tried restarting my phone, updated to the new beta7 and uninstalled recently downloaded packages etc. I have no clue how to get out of it and need some help. Thank you.
