You can tried WiFried, but I don't know if it's compatible with iOS 9. It disables AWDL in CarPlay. (Basically entirely disables CarPlay)

All you need to do is add "TweakName_FRAMEWORKS = UIKit" in your makefile, where TweakName is the name of your project
