I think will be enough to run 720 Hd, but i am not 100% sure it will be smoothly.. My 4gb ram hp laptop (windows 8.1) couldn´t support it.. Could record on 720 Hd but was not smooth at all, even with the lowest quality. You can always record without hd but if you really want to upload nice videos i recommend you to not record on standard definition, but it's up to you

Yep, i have to agree with you.. 100k $ is a crazy amount to spend on a game (even for those elite competitors)

Unfortunately, the f2p gamers or even the low VIPs have no other choice than accept it or just leave... There are people willing to pay thousands and thousands (10,000+) just to hold their spot. Some people can afford that costs, others don't. It's entirely your choice if you wanna keep playing it or find another one with smaller frontiers between VIPs and Non-VIPs

I am from Portugal and i bought mine on Worten. Although i don't know if you have this store on your country... Btw I recommend you to have a decent pc for video rendering because if you have a slow pc you won't be able to record games or whatever you want in HD and it will not look good believe me. 720 HD its enough Gaming capture HD worths the money
