Okay then in the App Store, go to downloads and check if you have a "Settings" Tool logo on the top left corner. If so click it and make sure your downgrade settings are turned on.

After reading your chat log. From what repo did you download App Admin? Don't think it should make a difference but mine personally is downloaded from the Unlim Apps repo. Try that one out.

TetherMe is also an alternative you can use if you don't want to go through the whole licensing issue. But ty for this nonetheless!
