Its really buggy if you dont know what your doing dont jailbreak you'll probably brick or something if you install something thats not supported If you do decide to Jailbreak be careful and no it shouldn't slow your device down unless you somehow do something stupid

no_backup is a folder inside of the app, not sure how ibackupbot works but that's the folder you place the file in
