Have you tried deleting it and reinstalling a fresh downloaded copy

This happened to me yesterday with 9.3.3 jailbreak what essentials are needing updated?

I had the same problem with my 5s I eventually got it working by starting pangu app staring jailbreak and when lock your device notification appears press home button and then on home screen press lock button Hope this helps
