This problem started after installing a certain tweak or was it random and out of nowhere that it started crashing ? even safemode dint work out huh ? what ios you on ? u can use i-lex rat to unjailbreak and then would upgrading your phone and staying on same ios you can re jailbreak lets hope it doesnt come to that try to remember what was the last tweak after which this problem started

did you install something after which this problem started ? you said crash reporter isnt working reboot into safe mode and then try if it works then then definitely there is a faulty tweak or app that is messing with your camera, if now maybe you played around with the setting and try reseting em hope it helps

yeah some games wont work because they store most of players in-game info on there servers which makes it difficult, some online and server games only upload and store a small amount of player info and you can mess with the date that is stored on your device without em knowing i tried it in farmvile it is an online + offline game and it worked

download untrusted ad blocker and adbocker maybe its an adware attached with the tweak or file you downloaded, try deleting the last tweak or file you downloaded see if it works

there is a method to download v-share for non jailbroken i-devices once you download it you can download any paid app for free good day

you said you download an app ? delete that app and clear its cache try booting into safe mode open cydia and download crash reporter, it would help to find faulty application or tweak delete that thing and restart your i-device if still it doesnt work use i-lex rat to unjailbreak your i-device and reset and format it

you can download it but maybe it wont work anyways, you can do it by two ways 1) jailbroken i-device download appcake from cydia or website directly search for modern combat 5 and boom you have it if you dont have a jailbroken i-device then 2) computer method you need a pc for this, download modern combat 5's ipa file you will need an application for this i use syncios hope it helps
