Yes, I have PLENTYI mean, NBA 2k17 is about 2.7GB, and I had 3.7 GB left, so that leaves me with 1 GB, it that enough? Where can I find it? -
Don't know much about decrypting, but I'm bored so I tried my best. Translated the text from Russian to English letters through google translate. Then went to a Base64 decryptor, plugged it in and got this- http://pastebin.com/JdBB0rgT Don't know if I did it right, heck i could have done everything wrong, but hey, it could be a start! Lemme know if I did anything?!

Have you tried exiting the app (and swiping it up from multitasking) and re-entering it and tried doing it again? Sometimes localiap store bugs out the app and I do the method above, which solves most of it.
