Have you tried reinstalling the tweak and reconnecting with a different controller if possible? Does this happen with every game you try? If it's just the one game reinstall that game. Make sure it's supported/compatible with the app. Reboot the device and give it another shot. If all of this does not work. You could most likely round it down to the tweak but I'm not sure.

When you open the app you will be greeted by the "this hack was made by..." and you have to push thanks. Then I'm guessing it's just the normal triple tap on the screen. Or it could be activated through settings.
