Hello, I want to slow down my wifi to hack a game. (Dont ask why or how ) Its possible to do so on android with some packet sender tools, but i havent found one which i could install on my iOS Device or my pc to slow down my wifi on my phone. Does anyone knows if there is one for Windows/iOS? Help is ovbiously apprechiated, thanks
