Just download the app in iTunes on your computer then copy it to your device. You should then be able to crack the app.

Did you ever download it before? Either icon or full app name or something would be nice to identify it. To upload an image go to imgur.com/upload and upload a photo to the site from there. After it has fully uploaded right-click and click "Copy Image Address" then simply paste it here for it to show. You can also double-click when its on here to resize it.
