In one case for an app I needed to use it to fully clear the app.

I think that Apps Manager is better because it clears more files than cacheclearer.

Oh okay so they didn't have the free developer account? You are suppose to have the free developer account automatically. Maybe try to revoke certificates.

What did you do to your device? You can't see anything install, you must have been messing around with Cydia's files.

Creating a private server would require a lot of knowledge to know how to run a server and just to create on for a game would require lots of work and money. -
May be the cause of the IPA or just something else if you followed all the steps.

That is because they have been revoked by Apple, you will need to wait until they get a new certificate. I recommend you block Apple's server for the revoke.

It probably overwrites it or in other words uses the phantom one instead and not together because it wasn't made to be compatible with other fonts.

If you were getting a certificate error it was probably because you needed to revoke certificates because you had already had 3 apps signed. -

Even when you hit a key and wait a few seconds? Maybe a fresh install would fix the issue. -
I would recommend using a different Apple ID, that usually fixes the problem.
