Try version 12.6.2 as that's the last version (don't know if windows version numbers are the same) that you can install apps from so its good. Otherwise are you using a 32-bit operating system or something? You can try a 32-bit version of iTunes.

I would recommend replying to Help/Support posts and Member introductions if you want an easy way to do that.

I would suggest searching on the App Store 'Get Instagram Followers' and find a good app. I made a few spare accounts and used 'AutoTouch' to let it run overnight to earn coins AFK. That's how I got 20k+ followers on Instagram, could have gone for 100k but I don't care as much about Instagram.

The iPhone 4S can restore to iOS 9.3.5 which can be jailbroken so you can update to that. Or I think if you have a backup for that version you can restore to that if you know the passcode on that backup. You can check what iOS version it is on by plugging it into a computer running Windows can clicking properties on it when it shows up as a device in Windows Explorer. It should display the iOS version there if you are interested.

I don't know what you are talking about but if you don't want ads on your device I recommend getting 'Minimal Hosts Blocker' to remove ads device wide.

The issue was resolved by entering recovery mode and restoring the device back to iOS 9.3.5.

He isn't jailbroken, he rebooted.

He cannot do anything the springboard is blank. He can restore back to iOS 9.3.5 though and re-jailbreak.

If it is changed it will assume the file doesn't exist because it looks for the filename.
