Yes, you can speed up many games, I recommend turning it on for all you're games to see which ones work. Usually works for timers.

Okay cool so that's useful if I wanted to make hacks for non-jailbroken.

Creating a private server would require a lot of knowledge to know how to run a server and just to create on for a game would require lots of work and money.

That is because they have been revoked by Apple, you will need to wait until they get a new certificate. I recommend you block Apple's server for the revoke.
