You can load it into IDA which can read the binary which you can modify for hacking. But you can just crack the app to give it to other people also like paid apps/games without them needing your Apple ID.

@vaman123 I had an issue like that many months ago. Did you try to remove it from the queue? I forgot how I ended up fixing it. I think it eventually worked or something after trying it and it skipped the item, i'm not sure though.

You can use Apps Manager or Cache Cleaner to easily remove your App Data. Warning: If you delete your App Data without backing it up you may loose it forever.

Usually if a file fails to overwrite then I just remove the file before installing the new file to prevent any conflicts.
