This is a very simple glitch, error whatever you want to call to fix, all you have to do is go to settings then scroll to where it says iTunes & App Store then sign out if your account after that you want to power off your device completely and power it back on then go back into settings and sign back into your AppleID, after that you can open iTunes or the App Store. REMEMBER EVER PROBLEM HAS A SOLUTION LOL SO SIMPLE RIGHT?
